Besides the product range they offer, RLG is also engaged in capacity building and training programmes in collaboration with Ghana's Ministry of Youth and Sports as part of the National Youth Employment Programmes (YEP). Under these programmes, RLG has established training schools to train tens of thousands of youth in ICT-related disciplines such as mobile phone repairs and assembling, sales and service delivery skills, computer programming, hardware and software engineering among others. Currently, the Company successfully trains over 2000 youth in mobile phone servicing, repairs and assembly nationwide. Another 6,000 youth are currently being trained in the application of ICT in mobile telephony.
